This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the case in Crime No.1500 of 2020 dated 07.10.2020 on the file of Bagayam Police Station, Vellore District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent / Police submits that the investigation in this case has been completed and the complaint has been referred as further action dropped (FAD). He further submits that RCS notice has also been served on the second respondent and filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore.
