O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to step up the salary of the petitioner on par with that of her junior by applying Rule 5 of the Tamil Nadu Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 2009 and Fundamental Rule 22-B(2) and by following the orders of this Court dated 25.04.2022 made in W.P.No.573 of 2015 and dated 21.08.2024 made in W.P.No.11744 of 2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
