ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to give police protection to survey the petitioner's land situated at S.No.(New) 352/5, S.No.(old) 188/6 to the extent of 0.0133 sq. meter at M.Yeripalayam Village, Maligaimedu Panruti Sub Registrar office, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2024.

2. Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that police protection could be accorded to the petitioner only on the requestion from the second respondent in this regard.

3. In view of the same, the petitioner is hereby directed to make a representation afresh to the second respondent at the time of effecting the

survey in his land situated at S.No.(New) 352/5, S.No.(old) 188/6 to an extent of 0.0133 sq. meter in M.Yeripalayam Village, Maligaimedu Panruti Sub Registrar office, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District.

4. Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2. The second respondent, on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, would make a request to the first respondent to provide appropriate police protection for conduct of survey in the aforesaid land. The entire exercise will be done after putting notice to the third respondent.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of . No costs.
