This application is filed to permit the application to withdraw the application along with the plaint with liberty to file fresh suit by including all the reliefs available to him.

Considering the fact that the suit is yet to be numbered, the plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the plaint and file fresh suit. The plaintiff shall be entitled for refund of Court fee in full. Liberty is granted to the plaintiff to file fresh suit with all reliefs available to him. 3.
