PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records, relating to the petitioner son's detention order under Puducherry Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act, 2008 ( Act No.10 of 2010) vide detention order dated 12.12.2024 on the file of 2nd respondent herein and made in proceedings in Memo No.04/DM/RO/D2/PPASAA/2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's son namely Ramu@ Sappa Ramu @ Mandaveli Ramu @ Ramkumar, S/o. Kumar, aged about 34 years before this Court and set the petitioner's son at liberty from detention, now the petitioner's son is detained at Central Prison, Kalapet, Puducherry.

ORDER
