When the matter is takenup for hearing, learned Government Advocate(crl.side) would submit that no case is pending against the petitioner before the All Women Police Station, Karaikal. However, a case in Crime No.256 of 2024 under Section 4 of POCSO has been registered against the petitioner before the Town Police Station, Karaikal.
