The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.08.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 123 BNS related to Section 328 of IPC in Crime No.516 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. This Court had earlier dismissed the petitioner's bail in Crl.O.P.No.26572 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025 on the ground that, petitioner has four previous case. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is suffering from Jaundice and on the ground of illness, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner's earlier bail petition was dismissed on merits and also granting bail on the ground of illness of this nature, is not possible, since the petitioner is entitled to get treatment in the prison hospital. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
