ORDER

This petition has been filed, seeking extension of time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24578 of 2024, dated 28.11.2024.

Crl.M.P.No.18602 of 2024 in Crl O.P No.24578 of 2024 Mr.KMD.Muhilan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent.

3. A perusal of the Medical Certificate, dated 21.12.2024 issued by Dr.Vigneswara Badikillaya, Orthopedics Spine Surgeon, Orthomed Multispeciality Hospital, Royapettah, Chennai, shows that the petitioner is not admitted as an inpatient in the hospital.

4. In the circumstances, the present petition seeking extension of time, is dismissed. The petitioner shall surrender before the Station House Officer, Washermenpet Police Station immediately, failing which coercive steps shall be taken by the Investigation officer to remand the accused to Judicial custody. 10-01-2025 vum To The Sub Inspector of Police, H1 Washermenpet Police Station, Chennai.
