This petition has been filed seeking to appoint an Arbitrator to enter reference relating to the dispute that has arisen between the parties herein, in connection with the notice dated 30.05.2025, bearing No.SRHQ0COMM/32/2025 (E.544143) issued under and in furtherance of the Southern Railway's Tender No.SR/YSA/02/2024 awarded by the respondent to the petitioner, the model YSA Agreement appended thereto and the letter of acceptance dated 15.04.2024 issued by the respondent to the petitioner and conduct arbitration proceedings.

2. This petition has become infructuous in view of the order passed by the Division Bench in OSA (CAD) No.108 of 2025 dated 18.11.2025 wherein the dispute has already been referred to the Sole Arbitrator by the Division Bench.
