2. Application No.5031 of 2025 has been filed by 1 st defendant to grant leave of the Court and condone the delay of 44 days in filing the written statement in C.S.(Comm.Div).No.154 of 2025.

3. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

4. Since the applicants/defendants 1 & 2 explained the reasons for the delay of 44 and 63 days respectively in filing the written statement in the suit, within a statutory period of 30 days extended to 90 days is condoned.
