CBI reported in 2022 INSC 690 (2022 (10) SCC 51 in S.L.P. (Cr.) No.5191 of 2021) and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 & 7 to set him at liberty upon any conditions that this Court may be pleased to impose.
