The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the written statement by the 1st and 2nd defendant in the above suit.

2. Mr.V.Manisekaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
