ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) At the outset, it is submitted that the delivery of possession has taken place in compliance of the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and therefore, nothing remains to be done.
2. Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
