This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 113 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the Judgment passed by the Court of Session Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram ( Fast Track Mahila Court), Namakkal in Spl.S.C.No.19 of 2023 on 28.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 113 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
