2. Learned counsel for the respondent has raised objection by stating that the reasons for condoning the delay in the affidavits filed by the petitioners are insufficient. Since the delay cannot be construed as enormous, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and these petitions are allowed.
