ORDER

Apprehending arrest in connection in connection with Crime No.899 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309(4), 3(5) of BNS, the present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail. 2.Pleading innocence on the part of the petitioner, false implication in the case, learned counsel for the petitioner/A2 seeks indulgence of this court. He would submit that he is no way connected with this case and he is ready to abide by any stringent condition that

may be imposed by this Court.

3.The case of the prosecution as putforth by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, opposing for grant of anticipatory bail, is that it is a case of robbery. The defacto A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

ah complainant while travelling in an auto from Central to Poonamallee, the auto driver stopped the auto at nearby gas station and he along with his friends threatened the defacto complainant and snatched the mobile phone and asked the defacto complainant to transfer Rs.8500/- via Gpay to his account. He would submit that Rs.5,000/- has been recovered from A3. A3 has been arrested and still in custody. He would further submit that there is no previous case as against this petitioner. 4.Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

5.Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to

grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
