Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation dated 16.12.2024 and 19.12.2024 made by the petitioner herein to slight change in existing alignment of the proposed plan of erection of lattice tower of high voltage transmission lines through S.Nos.4/7, 4/8 and 9/3 at Subbagiri Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District and pass appropriate orders within stipulated time period.

The petitioner seeks for change in existing alignment of erection of High Voltage transmission lines in S.Nos.4/7, 4/8 and 9/3 of Subbagiri Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District. He has made representations to that effect on 16.12.2024 and 19.12.2024 to all respondents.

2. Mr.Arvind, learned counsel representing Mr.D.R.Arun Kumar, states that 5th respondent will take a call on the representations within a period of three weeks.
3. Recording the statement, there shall be a direction to the 5th respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 16.12.2024 and 19.12.2024 by 17.01.2025. Prior to disposal of the representation, the petitioner shall be heard. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
