ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in para 8(c) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11502 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11502 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
