It is brought to the notice of this Court that a similar prayer sought in the present petition has already been considered and appropriate orders have been passed in Crl.R.C.No.2416 of 2024 earlier today.

2. In view of the order passed in the said case, the relief sought in the present petition does not survive for consideration and the petition has become infructuous.

3.Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Petition stands closed as infructuous.
