This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 108 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.90/- in the above S.A.SR.No. 112694 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant, and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the above S.A.SR.No.112694 of 2023 is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
