ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first Additional Sessions Judge to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.108 of 2020, within a time frame fixed by this court.
2. The first respondent/plaintiff filed the above said suit seeking declaration of title and other consequential reliefs. The suit was filed in the year 2020. A perusal of the adjudication sheets filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the pleadings of the parties were completed as early as in the year 2023. Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned from time to time for framing of issues, for more than 2 years. It is also seen from the adjudication sheets that the death of 4th defendant was reported during February 2025 and thereafter, the matter has been adjourned from time to time for taking steps to implead the legal heirs of the deceased 4th defendant.
3. Taking into consideration the suit was filed in the year 2020 and the pleadings of the parties were completed long back, this court is inclined to direct the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.108 of 2020, as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
