The petitioner herein is an accused in S.C. No.7 of 2024 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Tirupattur. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had earlier jumped bail and was subsequently secured after the issuance of a Non-Bailable Warrant. 1/4

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted that the trial has not yet been commenced due to the petitioner's abscondence, . He further submitted that if the petitioner released on bail, he may again absconding. He further submitted that this Court has dismissed the earlier bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25202 of 2025 dated 15.09.2025.

Considering the facts, nature of offence and the fact that this Court has dismissed the earlier bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25202 of 2025 dated 15.09.2025 and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. 15.10.2025 smn 2/4
