ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in order dated 15.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20749 of 2025 in Paragraph No.6(c) The petitioner shall stay at Karaikal and report before the Karaikal Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders;. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20749 of 2025 on 15.09.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 23.10.2025 klt 2/4
