This application has been filed by the applicant to grant leave to sue to the applicant / plaintiff for the purpose of instituting the suit as against the respondents / defendants for the relief claimed in the plaint.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. 3.The applicant / plaintiff has filed a suit claiming damages for the defamatory publications made by the respondents / defendants. the respondents / defendants have wrongly published the impugned article and repeated references to the founder of the applicant company has been viewed. Therefore, the present application is filed to grant leave to sue the respondents defendants. 4.This Court perused the records.
