PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent pertaining to the order made in Memo No.204/BCDFGISSSV/2024, dated 05.12.2024 in detaining the detenu under the Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982 as a brand of Goonda and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu, the petitioner's brother Ibrahim Kaleelullah, S/o. Maboob Basha, aged 31 years, who is detained at the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.JOTHIRAMAN, J.) Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent authority vide G.O.Rt.No.285, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 20.01.2025 and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
In view of the above submission, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
