When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is noticed that 1/4
the offences under Sections 281, 125(b) BNS Act 2023 and 199 A MV Act are bailable in nature and therefore, the question of granting anticipatory bail will not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is not maintainable.

Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
