The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking transfer of the investigation in Crime No.105 of 2025 from the file of the second respondent to that of the first respondent. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner/de facto complainant, a case in Crime No.105 of 2025 was registered on the file of the second respondent Police for the offences under Sections 329(2), 308(2), 351(2), 336(2) and 340(1) of BNS, on 25.02.2025. 3.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite furnishing all the necessary details, the second respondent Police are not properly conducting the investigation.

A perusal of the records shows that the petitioner has approached this Court without giving any complaint or representation to the superior officials regarding the alleged improper investigation conducted by the Investigating Officer.

In such view of the matter, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the superior officials of the investigating Officer seeking redressal of his grievance.
