2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to produce the certified copy of the order dated 20.08.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.854 of 2024 in S.T.C.No.71 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Hosur.

4. Upon such production, the Registry is directed to number the Criminal Original Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
