This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 114 days in filing the revision petition in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.75164 of 2025 as against the order dated 24.02.2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur in Crl.M.P.No.3608 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 114 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
