O R D E R

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2025, to take action against the 4th Respondent and his three unknown persons and to recover the petitioner's money Rs.50 lakhs form the 4th respondent.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent had borrowed a sum of Rs.50 lakhs from the petitioner for his thandal, finance and chit business and thereafter, absconded. On 25.11.2024, on information, the petitioner found the 4th respondent along with three unknown persons and when the petitioner asked the 4th respondent to repay his money, the 4th respondent along with the three unknown persons attacked the petitioner due to which, the petitioner sustained injuries and admitted in Government Head Quarters Hospital, Kanchipuram, for three days. When the petitioner was admitted in the hospital, he lodged a complaint to the 3rd respondent police to take action against the 4th respondent and the three unknown persons and to recover his money for which, he was issued with CSR No.2251 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024. Thereafter, through online verification, the petitioner came to know that the petitioner's complaint was closed as 'action dropped'. Hence, the present petition is filed. 2/4

3. The contention of the petitioner is that, without proper enquiry, the petitioner's complaint has been closed by the police. Hence, he seeks appropriate orders.

4. Considering the nature of allegation, this Court is of the view that, proper remedy to the petitioner is to file a private complaint as per law and this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
