The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.05.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 140(3), 61(2), 127(2), 115(2), 103(1) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.202 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

This Court earlier dismissed the petitioner's bail application after recording the submission that the case has been committed in S.C.No.94 of 2025 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Ranipet. Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported the change in circumstances as final report is filed and same is not properly represented.

3. Since, this Court has already recorded the above fact, I am not inclined to revisit the earlier order, since there is no change in circumstances.
