Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to produce the body or in person of the petitioner's wife, namely, Meenakshi wife of R.Lingeswaran, aged about 21 years, before this Honble High Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM , J.) The writ of Habeas Corpus has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenu, Mrs.Meenakshi, wife of the petitioner.
2. The 2nd respondent police produced the detenu before this Court. We have examined the detenue Mrs. Meenakshi.
3. The marriage between the petitioner and the detenu was soleminised in the year 2020. On account of misunderstanding, the petitioner and the detenu are living separately. For the past about one year, the detenu is living with her mother and before this Court, detenu informed that she is not willing to resume the matrimonial home with the petitioner. She raises several allegations against the
petitioner, which deserves no consideration from the hands of this Court. If any matrimonial dispute exist between the parties, it is for them to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. The detenu is not under illegal detention and she is willingly staying along with his own mother.
4. The petitioner shall not interfere with the life of the detenu or her mother, who are living separately. In the event of any such disturbances or unnecessary interference, the detenu or her mother shall submit a complaint to the jurisdictional police, who in turn has to initiate all appropriate actions. The petitioner appearing before this Court made an undertaking that he will not interfere with the life of the detenu or her mother, who are living separately.
5. With the above observation and direction, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
