The order passed by the Registrar, Tamilnadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, dated 30.10.2003 is under challenge.

2. The writ petitioner, during the relevant point of time, was pursuing the course of M.B.A. in Agricultural College and Research Institute, Coimbatore.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 30th October, 2003, the writ petitioner was debarred from the College for the 3rd Semester (2003-2004), as per the Semester Rules, in view of the fact that he was found using unfair means during the final examination in the course of final management on 17.10.2003. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents contended that due to efflux of time and the bar was imposed only for the 3rd semester for the academic year 2003-2004 and thereafter, there was no continuous bar in respect of the writ petitioner, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition.

4. In view of the same, no further adjudication in this writ petition is required and accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
