ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of BNS Act in Crime not known of 2024, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that there was a money dispute between the petitioners and the defacto complainant and therefore, the defacto complainant lodged complaint as against the petitioners. 3.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.1835 of 2024 is pending against the petitioners.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry by issuing summons on the petitioners and

complete the enquiry without harassing the petitioners. The parties are directed to cooperate with the enquiry initiated by the respondent. 5.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
