Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the detention order vide Rc.No.512/2024/M6-D.O.62/2024 dated 23.11.2024 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's son, namely, Saga @ Srinivasan, S/o Kuppan, aged 24 years, (who is presently undergoing detention in the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai) before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
