Kannan, aged about 40 years, confined at Central Prison, Vellore, Vellore District and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty. ORDER

Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 to 6 made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority vide G.O.(Rt).No.490, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E1) Department dated 09.01.2025.
Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
