Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the 3rd respondent in his office ref.C3.D.O.No.66/2024 dated 17.12.2024 against the petitioner's husband Suresh Kumar S/o. Kannan, aged about 40 years, confined at Central Prison, Vellore, Vellore District and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.JOTHIRAMAN., J.) Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 to 6 made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority vide G.O.(Rt).No.490, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E1) Department dated 09.01.2025.

Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
