ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking substituted service against respondents 3 and 4.

C.M.P. No.27180 of 2025 in S.A. No.38 of 2010 vga 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that notices have been taken against respondents 3 and 4 and the court notices have been returned with an endorsement 'vacated' and 'person not found' respectively. Private notices were also taken out by the counsel for the petitioner through registered post on 01.08.2024 and 29.04.2025. It is submitted that notices have been served only to the last known address and they have been returned as 'addressee not found'.

3.As the petitioner is not able to trace out the whereabouts of respondents 3 and 4, substituted service is requested. Considering the request stated in the affidavit and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect paper publication in 'Makkal Kural', Chennai Edition on respondents 3 and 4 stating the date of hearing as 27.11.2025. Post the second appeal on 27.11.2025.
