ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 318(4) and 316(2) of B.N.S., in Crime not known of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that there was a money dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant and therefore, the defacto complainant lodged complaint as against the petitioner. 3.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.2218 of 2024 is pending against the petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry by issuing summons on the petitioner and

complete the enquiry without harassing the petitioner. The parties are directed to cooperate with the enquiry initiated by the respondent. 5.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
