ORDER

The civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the petition for dissolution of marriage, filed by the petitioner in IDOP.No.2285 of 2025. 1/4

2. A perusal of the typed set of papers would indicate that the Original Petition was filed by the petitioner only on 19.05.2025 and the respondent entered appearance on 19.07.2025. Now the matter is referred for counseling before the Family Court. Therefore, it is clear that even the pleadings of the parties are not completed. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to issue a direction to the learned Judge, IV Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of IDOP.No.2285 of 2025.

3. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to renew the request after substantial progress in the Original Petition. No costs.
