PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the rejection letter passed by the second respondent in Letter No.020808/MaVa4/SETCTN/2019 dated 17.04.2025 and direct the 1 to 3 respondents to provide the petitioner with re-employment. ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 17.04.2025 thereby rejected the request made by the petitioner seeking re-employment.

2. The petitioner was engaged as Daily Paid-Driver cum Conductor in the respondent Corporation. However, he was absent for long period and as such he was not engaged as Daily Paid-Driver cum Conductor and his name was removed from the muster roll.

3. Once again the petitioner submitted a representation seeking reemployment and the same was also rejected on the ground that the petitioner's activity was not satisfied and he was also absent for long period to duty. Hence, the Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the second 2/4

respondent dated 17.04.2025. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
