O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120B, 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.29 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. This Court after hearing the submissions made and considering the facts and circumstances of the case had granted Interim Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner herein, vide order dated 15.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28079 of 2025. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

Considering the submissions made, nature of allegation and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary for the purpose of investigation, this Court is of the view that the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner herein, vide order dated 15.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28079 of 2025 is made absolute and all the conditions imposed on the petitioner herein in the aforesaid order are made intact. However, the condition imposed on the petitioner herein in para No.6(c) of the aforesaid order alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this 2/4

order and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.
