This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the accused to suspend the sentence passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai in S.C.No.120 of 2014 by the judgment dated 22.04.2025 by enlarging them on bail, pending disposal of Criminal Appeal.

2. Since the records have been received and the typed set of papers is also made ready, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal.
