Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying to modify the condition imposed that "5.(b) The petitioner shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirupattur Daily at 10.30 am on all working days until further orders from the next day of execution of bond before the Magistrate Court; Thereafter, he can file a modification petition after 60 days" in Crl.M.P.No.1317 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 on the file of the District & Sessions Judge at Tirupathur.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1317 of 2024 by an order dated 02.12.2024 on the file of the District & Sessions Judge at Tirupathur, to report before the 1/4

respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirupattur.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1317 of 2024 by an order dated 02.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
