O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.64 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent police, registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS and Section 4 of TNPHW Act @ to Sections 296(b), 115(2), 351(3) 1/4

of BNS and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Medicare Service Persons & Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage (or) Loss of Property) Act 2008 read with 25 (1A), 27 of Indian Arms Act.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the final report has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in PRC No.32 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Pollachi.

3. In such view of the matter, the quashing of FIR does not arise.
