This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 80 days in filing the present criminal revision petition against the order dated 07.04.2025 made in CMP.No.66 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-VI, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 80 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
