O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 420, 368 and 371 of IPC in Crime No.01 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other accused, collected money from several victim under the guise of securing employment. Hence the case.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and falsely implicated, whereas the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) opposed the petition stating that there are multiple victims and specific overt acts are attributed to the petitioner involving collection of substantial amounts.

3. Considering the nature of the allegations and the materials available, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 05.11.2025 kmm
