ORDER

When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil court for appropriate orders. There will be no order as to costs.
