This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the Docket Order dated 16.04.2024, passed in C.C.No.29 of 2024 by the Additional Mahila Court, Judicial Magistrate Level, Perambalur, dated 16.04.2024 and issue a direction to the Additional Mahila Court, Judicial Magistrate Level, Perambalur to provide an opportunity to the petitioner/defacto complainant to raise objections to the deletion of names of accused persons from the final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to file a petition before the appropriate forum or to file a better petition before this Court.
