, J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 141 days in representing the applications to discharge the guardian V. Dhanasekar representing the minor respondents 1 and 2 as they have become major and to declare the respondents 1 and 2 as majors.

2. Heard Mr.K.V. Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 141 days in representing the abovesaid applications, is condoned.
