The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Palladam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.80 of 2024, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner/plaintiff herein filed a suit for partition against the 1/4

respondents in O.S.No.80 of 2024 and the same is pending.

3. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed-set of papers would indicate the written statement of the respondents/defendants was filed as early as 16.12.2024 and thereafter, there is no substantial progress in the suit.

4. Taking into consideration the pleadings of the parties are also completed, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub Court, Palladam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.80 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
